At Swashaa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can initiate a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your Swashaa account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack the Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags and packaging into a secure shipping box to ensure they arrive back to us in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Handover to Courier

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at the nearest authorized courier point or schedule a doorstep pickup.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
